The third phase of the ECB Connect Early Access Pilot will expand in March 2026, bringing services to all regions across Oregon. New regions include Multnomah, North coast (Clatsop, Tillamook, Columbia), South coast (Coos, Curry), Blue mountain (Morrow, Umatilla, Union), Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Grant, and Harney County.

ECB Connect is now available in every region across Oregon. If you’re looking for support, you can connect directly with your local Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agency for assistance.
